Optional Open Bid Request

This Optional Open Bid Request Form is provided to assist buyers with obtaining pricing in a timely manner from the high performance windows volume purchase program products vendors

Buyers wishing to receive cost estimates from the vendors can fill out the form with the requested information and email it to Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) at windowsVP@pnl.gov

The form will then be emailed to vendors who sell the requested windows products through the high performance windows volume purchase program. Buyers may also specify only those vendors from which they would like to receive estimates, and only those vendors will be sent the bid request form.

Vendors will return the form with estimates for the requested windows products to PNNL within 14 calendar days.

PNNL will then email these estimates to the buyer to make a final purchase decision.
